The OGeez! Bag
During my time with OGeez! Brands, there was high demand at least once each quarter for either a complete overhaul of existing packaging or a new product line that required its own look and feel. All of these designs went through countless iterations in an attempt to capture the emotional expectations of the company’s “eccentric” CEO. The last design in this section alone took no fewer than 40 iterations.
Interestingly, I think the best-looking bags are the ones designed for the New Jersey market, simply because the state’s strict limitations on imagery forced a more strategic, creative approach. While the project itself became a bit of a chore, I ultimately enjoyed the process of crafting something memorable and recognizable across hundreds of dispensaries in the U.S.
